Centigrade 2008


Centigrade - Kiln Fired Art is an annual show held in the North West of England on the last Sunday of September. It Features and promotes any and all forms of Kiln Fired Art. The first show was held on 28 September 2008 at Formby Hall Golf Resort. It was a spectacular success, and cemented the idea that as many artists use more than one specialty already, a show featuring all Kiln Fired Art techniques enables all artists to work together, and help and teach other. Centigrade - Kiln Fired Art lets artists share ideas in a forward thinking fusion of ideas and modern techniques, with Southport being so close to Liverpool - City of Culture 2008, it made 2008 the golden opportunity to indroduce a new concept Kiln Fired Arts show.
